Swimming Program Years 1 -3

12/10/2016
Our swimming program is implemented through formal instruction provided by Clem Jones Centre through the “Swim and Survive” Program.  This program incorporates both learn to swim and water safety in each lesson.

All instructors are qualified learn to swim teachers with ASCTA (Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association), hold Blue Cards, Pool Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid and most also have their competitive strokes qualifications.

The program will commence in Term 4 starting in Week 2 and continue to Week 9 with each class participating in one 40 minute lesson per week.   The full program cost of $68.00 covers transport, instruction and admission to the pool.  Each student will also receive a complimentary bathing cap.

All students will need to bring the following clearly named items for their weekly swimming lesson; bathers, towel, goggles and bathing cap.
